SweatCycle is a great form of cardio that is very low impact. Our classes have loud music, colored lights, a dark room, and a kick-butt instructor that is ready to get you pumped and going! You can burn anywhere from 400-800+ calories in one class!

HIIT STUDIO

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a form of interval training that calls for repeated bouts of short-duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower-intensity intervals of active recovery. Boxing Circuit, Boxing Skills, and Bootcamp classes as all included.
